This laptop comes with bad software. They want you to go to microsoft and purchase new software for 99.00. I have never had a laptop that was not ready to use. I could not get onto websites to pay our bills. I thought it was a faulty laptop. Sent it back and got a new one and the same issue. I talked to tech support from Dell and was told to purchase more software from Microsoft. I don’t think you should have to pay for something that is already on the laptop and it comes not working that you should have to pay again.
